1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY 1.1. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined below.
2. EVENT CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES 2.1. If HUSHH cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, affected bookings will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. 2.2. If a participant cancels more than 48 hours before an event, they may receive a full refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours.
3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS 3.1. If a purchased product (e.g., merchandise) is damaged or faulty, it may be returned within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
