1.2. By accessing our website or participating in our Activities, you agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our website or participate in the Activities.

2. OUR CONTRACT
2.1. A contract between you and HUSHH is formed when you confirm a booking and we accept your payment. This contract includes these Terms, any participation waivers, and our Privacy Policy.
2.2. HUSHH reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings under specific conditions outlined in these Terms.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT
3.1. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for on-site bookings.
3.3. No booking is confirmed until full payment is received.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
4.1. Participation in activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.
4.2. HUSHH is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.).

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
5.1. Refunds for cancellations by participants:
More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund.
No refund for “No Shows.”
5.2. HUSHH reserves the right to cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund will be issued.

6. AGE, WEIGHT & HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
6.1. Age, weight, and height restrictions apply to specific attractions. Participants failing to meet requirements may be denied entry.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY
7.1. Participants must be in good health. Those under the influence of drugs will be denied entry.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT
8.1. Weapons and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
8.2. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
9.1. Participation is at your own risk. HUSHH is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from participation.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
10.1. These Terms are subject to change without notice.
